Purpose

This page explains how individuals can request deletion of personal data related to Gieman IT Solutions services, including data received through connected platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn integrations.

How To Request Deletion

Send an email to with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include enough detail for us to identify your records.

Information To Include

  • Your full name and contact email.
  • The service, account, or integration involved.
  • Associated Meta or LinkedIn account/page identifiers (if known).
  • Any relevant dates or context to help locate your data.

Verification

To protect account security, we may request reasonable verification before processing deletion requests.

Response Time

We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

Scope Of Deletion

Where applicable, we will delete or de-identify personal data under our control. Some information may be retained where required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, or legitimate record-keeping requirements.

Platform-Specific Notes

  • Meta: You can also remove app access from your Meta/Facebook account settings.
  • LinkedIn: You can revoke app permissions from your LinkedIn account settings.
